Upgrades

• Change your controller to a modern controller that gives you better control.
• Addition of programmers to allows accurate setting of temperatures and ramping and soaking times.
• Solid state switching of electric elements allows faster, silent switching giving better temperature control.

Safety Inspections

The regulations require you to maintain your equipment in a safe operating condition. There is no time-frame but you should have your equipment checked at least annually to ensure that it is safe and operating correctly.

• Check all electric circuits to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Inspection of gas safety circuits including the operation of gas shut-off valves, flame control relays, purge timers, gas and air pressure switches, flame monitoring equipment, and over temperature circuits.
