The power controller will automatically adjust the power feed to the element at a predetermined power output to compensate for ageing of element until full capacity is utilised. This will achieve a very good and tight control, as the thyristor in conjunction with a high quality controller is capable of reducing input power as required to hold very tight temperature tolerance. The tyristor is excellent as there are no moving parts and therefore a very quiet operation is achieved. Element Control for Molydbenum Disilicide Elements Element control is by way of phase angle fired thyristor. This will achieve a very good and tight control, as the thyristor in conjunction with a high quality controller is capable of reducing input power as required to hold very tight temperature tolerance. The thyristor is excellent as there are no moving parts and therefore a very quiet operation is achieved. |
